FeedBolt Helps People Like YOU with Businesses Like YOURS
I am a real newbie to Infusionsoft and was having trouble writing nurture campaigns. Instead I decided to use FeedBolt, since our goal is to drive people to our web site anyway – WOW! It was so easy to set up, the emails are simple and compelling, the opt-out/update subscription works seamlessly and we’re getting super high open rates. I had no problem at all setting up Feedbolt. It all just worked – if only ALL technology were this easy!!!Cindy Baldwin Baldwin Success Coaching
I was using [another service], paying more, having huge problems with feeds not going out and getting zero support from them.
So I switched to FeedBolt and love it. Here’s why:
1. I have a large list, about 30,000 and that can be an issue with some plugins. However, FeedBolt never choked and my newsletters have been going out reliably
2. I’ve had questions about html for email and other design concerns. They responded to my support tickets within 24 hours and always followed up to make sure the issue was resolved.
3. The owner, Jeremy Shapiro, often sets up calls with customers to better understand how they can improve the product. That’s a sign that this software is being well run and has a strong future.

First off, I think it’s silly that Infusionsoft doesn’t yet have RSS-to-Email built in natively. Despite being on Infusionsoft for 2 years, we have continued using Mailchimp to manage, arguably, our MOST IMPORTANT email list (our blog subscribers).
I finally decided to pull the trigger with one of the available Infusionsoft RSS-to-Email plugins. I started with [another service], which talks a good game, but doesn’t back it up. I could not get their native template builder to work for a responsive template, and support requests received either no or VERY slow response (5+ days).
With an already frustrated mindset, I reluctantly gave FeedBolt a shot. My mood got worse when I stumbled across similar issues with trying to code the responsive template, but I realized one big difference: FeedBolt uses email templates that are built in Infusionsoft, so I benefited by having a plethora of help articles that discuss the best practices of building responsive emails in Infusionsoft.
Mission accomplished. Or so I thought… Evidently, our responsive email template was utilizing a layout (with merged WordPress featured images) that is relatively novel, and not compatible with some email browsers.
I set my expectations low and emailed FeedBolt support with details on my conundrum. Not only did they quickly and thoughtfully consider my issue, they turned around a new feature in their app that solved our layout and compatibility issue. All this happened in a span of a few days. Great service and a great product that Infusionsoft should just buy and roll into their app.
Kudos to Jeremy and the FeedBolt team!Brody Dorland DivvyHQ
